Welcome to the EDKRA’s member site booking system. This system is used to book pit stalls, RV sites, and combination sites for your 2020 race season as well as pay for any winter storage required. Please review the available site types and cost then click select on the item that you would like to book.
Pit Stall
All pit stalls have access to a shared 15 amp power service at or near the pit stall location. A long extension cord may be necessary to access the nearest power. All pit stalls have paved access to the race starting grid.
Cost: There is no charge for the use of these sites by EDKRA members.

Power-Only Large Trailer / Pit Stall Site
All power-only large trailer / pit stall sites have access to a dedicated 20 amp power service as well as a pit stall. These sites are suitable for RVs with toy haulers and large trailers. All pit stalls have paved access to the race starting grid.
Cost: There is no charge for the use of these sites by EDKRA members.

Full-Service RV / Pit Stall Site
All full-service RV / pit stall sites provide a dedicated 20 amp power service, water, and sewer connections as well as a pit stall. All pit stalls have paved access to the race starting grid.
Cost: There is a $1000 per year charge for the annual booking of these sites. Annual bookings are only available to EDKRA members and run from April 1st to March 31st of the next year.

Full-Service RV Site
All full-service RV sites provide a dedicated 20 amp power service, water, and sewer connections. NOTE: These sites do not include a pit stall. You will need to book a pit stall separately if required.
Cost: There is a $1000 per year charge for the annual booking of these sites. Annual bookings are only available to EDKRA members and run from April 1st to March 31st of the next year.

Winter Storage
The EDKRA does allow members to keep their race trailers and RVs stored at the track over the winter months. Storage of any other items must have the approval of the EDKRA executive in advance. EDKRA members that have paid for an annual Full-Service RV / Pit Stall or Full-Service RV site do not need to pay for winter storage of the RV.
