Western Canadian Karting Number Registation - a number belongs to a person, not a kart
New Members, and start of every year for Existing Members EDKRA 2012 Membership Form
Annual Parental Consent Waiver - signed by BOTH legal gardians (racers <18 year old)
Consent and Release by Parental/Guardian - signed by BOTH legal gardians (racers <18 year old)
Medical Self-Declaration Form - no doctor visit is required (unless over 50 years old)
Every Race Day Tech Form - filled out before EACH Race Registration
General Waiver - normally available at the track
Please remember!! to sign the Waiver at the track every day, even practice days
After you turn 50 Medical Form - to be completed by your doctor every second year - alternate years Self Declaration.
Colour Test - to be completed by your doctor every second year - alternate years Self Declaration.
